After 4 hours with Battlefield 6, I think Battlefield is really back this time
After four hours of Battlefield 6, it's clear that the series is returning to its roots. The game embraces classic gameplay elements with 64-player lobbies and four distinct classes, creating a familiar yet refreshing experience. Liberation Peak feels like a nostalgic homage to Bad Company 2, with its destructible environments and strategic gameplay. However, some modes, like Team Deathmatch, feel lackluster compared to the expansive Conquest. The introduction of special class abilities adds a new layer, but the open weapon system raises questions about balance. Overall, Battlefield 6 successfully revives the series' essence, but the absence of certain features leaves room for improvement. It’s a step forward, yet a reminder of what made Battlefield great.
